Auditions to select aspiring singers for the next stage of the X Factor competition have ended, with a total of 135 people selected from Abuja, Port Harcourt, Lagos, Kumasi and Accra. Over  15,000  singers participated in the auditions, with Lagos having the highest figure of over 5,000 participants. Successful candidates from the Boot Camp will thereafter progress to the next stage which is the  Judge’s Home Visits  scheduled for Wednesday, June 5 to Friday June 8. The judges are popular rapper Jude Abaga, widely known as M.I, father of Hip-life music, Ghana’s Reggie Rockstone, and veteran singer, Onyeka Onwenu. During the Home Visits, the judges will further asses the contestants to prune them down.
